Masterwork Graphic Equipment Limited was established in 1971 in Taiwan. Through our efforts over the past 30 years, it has now become a group of companies consisting of several subsidiaries in the business of manufacturing machine parts and graphic arts equipment, as well as international sales. We were the only manufacturer of graphic arts equipment in China and Taiwan that exhibited its products at Drupa in 1990.
In 1992, we established Tianjin Changrong Print and Packing Co.,Ltd., in Tianjin, China, as a manufacturer of die cutters, foil stampers and folder gluers. At present there are 300 employees working at this 20,000-square-meter site. Due to our continuous striving for the improvement and development of products, as well as customer service, we have become one of the leading manufacturer of folding carton equipment. We have been recognized as the manufacturer with the most advanced technology in Tianjin for the past 3years. In addition to the domestic market, MK equipment is also export to Europe, North America, Oceania, as and other Asian countries. In 2003 our cutters and foil stamps received certifications of CE safety standards.
In order to better serve our customers and to test our newly developed products, we have set up a small scale converting plant at our Tianjin facility. This plant has two Man Roland offset presses, MK die-cutters, foil stampers and folder gluers along with other equipment for the production of folding cartons for customers. We provide hands-on training of our own and of our customers' employees, Another important aspect of this converting plant is that each of our newly developed products is installed at this plant and undergoes continuous trial tests for an extended period. Adjustments and improvements are made until we are satisfied that equipment is perfect in all area before it is lunched into the market.
