Automatic Platten Die-Cutter with Stripping
MK 1050 MF is a high precision automatic die-cutter with all features exactly same as MK 1050M-II and a high performance stripping station .It is certified by TUV as complying with CE standard.

A: Patented Gripper Bar
Gripper bars and grippers are made of lightweight,low inertia high rigidity and abrassion resistant aluminum alloy with hard coat anodizing finish,featuring accurate and consistent die-cutting/embossing/creasing registration
B: Paper Slow-down At Front Guides.
A speed selector is provided to select a lowerspeed of paper prior to an-iving front guides when run thin paper to prevent it from curling or a regular speed for thick cardboard.
C: Side Guides
The side guides on MK-1050MF were delicately designed to change from "pull to push" and vice versa by simply turning a bolt .This is a time-saving feature for job changeover.
D: Single-place Engagement Clutch
This special clutch provides separate drive controls for feeding and die-cutting units when set up a new job. It insures the first sheet of paper is fed to the right position for die cutting after each start of the machine.
The Upper and lower stripping frames are made of light weight aluminum alloy. All components are designed to quickly and accurately accommodate different sheet sizes.
F: Stripping Station
Stripping station is composed of upper frame, stripping board and lower frame. The upper frame can be lifted to disengage from the machine when a job lot doesn't require stripping.
G: Makeready Stand For Stripping Pins
This stand is for operator to set up a new stripping job off line to save machine down time. Its structure and size are exactly same as the stripping station on the machine.
H: Delivery Brush
The delivery brushes on MK 1050 MF help discharging paper stock from grippers and placing it neatly on the delivery pile. To suit different sheet weights and sizes, they are easily adjustable in their position and angle.
I: Heavy Duty Stripping Frames
Stripping frames are made of lightweight, ultra rigid and high impact resistant aluminum alloy for easy operation and high efficiency of tripping job.
