MK1450ER is the first large format die cutter with stripper and blanker of its kind made by a Chinese manufacturer. The birth of it is a result of a long term R&D by introducing the most advanced foreign technology and our experience in die cutting derived in the past 30 years. Parts Introduction：
1.Non-stop feeding units
* Feeding system with high speed is more suitable for large size paper. The Max. Speed is 150 sheets per minute. It's suitable for all types of paper including corrugated sheets.
* Improving accessories on the feeding table are convenient for steady traveling
* It's convenient to adjust when the sheet travel to the front lay adjustment device.
* When the paper in position of front lay, the feeding speed is slow down.
* The side guild with pull/push way.
* The single-point clutch ensures the accurate position, and the adjustment time decreases.
* Main and additional feeding pile, non-stop operation.
2.Die-cutting system
* The drive system adopts heavy criterion design that ensures the stability of central components. The finite element software ensures the Max working pressure is 600 ton.

* The intermission drive system adopts advanced decollator to ensure the bearing capacity and stable position. It can ensure the stability in a long time and save room.
* The new –concept designed gripper registration system can save time and ensure the stability.
