  • Feeding System
    The feeding section is composed of side guides, feeding blades, vibrating motor and stepless speed change device. It features stable and smooth feeding of paper stock with the prevention of double-sheet feeding. Feeding speed is adjustable according to quality and thickness of paper stock, size and type of box to be folded and glued.

  • Pre-folding System
    The pre-folding section consists of upper and bottom belts, folding belts and folding blades. This section does the 1st pre-fold in 180 degrees and the 3rd pre-fold in 135 degrees.

  • Bottom Folding System
    The bottom folding and gluing are performed by hook and upper gluing roller.

  • Folding System
    This system is for the 2nd and the 4th folding. It consists of upper and lower hold-down belts, folding belt and lower gluing rollers.

  • Trombone System
    The main purpose of trombone section is to enhance the compression of folded boxes and count the number of box produced. The compressing pressure is adjustable according to quality of paper stock and style box.

  • Compression Stacker
    This section is composed of an upper belt and a lower belt. The boxes coming from trombone section are subject to long time compression to help the curing of glue and enhance bonding between paper stock. Compression pressure is adjustable by means of pneumatic valve and hand wheel. A motor reducer is provided to easily adjust the speed of belts.

  • Delivery System
    The boxes are collected and packed in this section. The speed of delivery belt is adjustable to suit different speed in collecting and packing boxes.
