  • Quick Loading/Unloading of Foil Rolls
     
    The foil feeder seat is extractable for quick loading and unloading and unloading of foil rolls.

  • Motor Driven System for Feeding Pile

    The Position of feeding pile in transversal direction is micro adjustable with a motor-driven worm gear.

  • Honeycomb Chase

    1. High heat resistance, high dimensional stability.
    2. With foil guide roller for smooth foil advance.

  • Overload Protector

    The overload protector consists of a torque limiter and emergency stop device. It quickly responds to an overload and instantly stops machine when and incident occurs. This is one of the many safety devices for the highest protection of operator and equipment.

  • Longitudinal Direction Foil Feeding

    1. With 3 foil feeders, each controlled by a servo motor.
    2. Foil feeding system with less turning points in foil path, consistent foil tension and less foil elongation.

  • Transversal Direction Foil Feeding

    1. With 2 foil feeders, each controlled by a servo motor.
    2. All upper rollers on foil rewinder can be lifted at one time or one by one for foil to pass through. This is an important time-saving design for job setup and changing foil rolls
    3. Foil rewinder with tension control.
    4. For maximal utilization of hot foil.

  • Blasting Nozzles for oil Separation

    1. Multiple blasting nozzles configured for best separation of foil.
    2. Air volume easily adjustable from operation side.

  • Delivery Brush Rollers for Longitudinal Direction Foil

    The brush rollers are servo motor controlled and synchronized with foil feeding rollers for best foil tension.

  • Used Foil Rewinder for Longitudinal Direction foil (optional)

    1. Independent device for used foil rewinding.
    2. With 6 individually controlled servo motors.
    3. Automatic tension control.
    4. Pneumatically controlled expansion/contraction of rewinder shaft for easy mounting and discharge of used foil core.
